The name comes from our special backyard lemons, which we have been growing and enjoying for the last thirty years from Phoebe’s family lemon tree in Kew, Melbourne.
This tart could comfortably serve 8-12 people (depending on how hungry you are!).
Ingredients: Pastry (wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg), lemon, sugar, butter, egg
